Depending on the location, you may be able to take advantage of Google’s Street View (
maps.google.com/help/maps/streetview/). Google’s Street View is a feature of Google Maps that was introduced in May, 2007 featuring at the time 5 US cities. It provides a 360o panoramic street-level view of major metropolitan cities, including Detroit, Ann Arbor and much of Southeast Michigan.
Photographs were taken by a camera mounted on an automobile. Users can virtually walk through neighborhoods while viewing all the surroundings.
